Please feel free to download an application if you are interested in applying. In order to process your application, you will have to include the following along with your completed application:
RENTAL APPLICATION - DOWNLOAD FORM AND PRINT OUT - (located at bottom of page).
MUST BE INCLUDED WITH EACH APPLICATION:
COPY OF 2 MOST CURRENT PAYCHECK STUBS
( If applicant is self employed- Please include most recent tax return and last 6 months of bank statements).
COPY OF DRIVERS LICENSE OR ID.
$30.00 CREDIT REPORT FEE ( non-refundable) DUE WITH RENTAL APPLICATION FOR EACH ADULT (To be paid in the form of Venmo or cash.
All applicants over the age of 18 years of age must fill out a separate application.
We will not start processing your application until we have a completed application and ALL items required listed above, in hand.
